Fun and Fast Summer Projects

How's your summer knitting coming along? Anymore icons finished? Please send me a photo if you have finished a new one. My neighbor wanted to know if anyone knitted one of Michael Jackson.

I showed some of the girls at the Georgetown library how to make the knitted bracelet that we learned at Teri's knit 2gether. The ages of the knitters were 10, 11, 17, and one adult. Here's one of the photos.


This week we plan on making the stitch markers with paper clips and beads that some of us made in Kingvale.

A Knit Picks gift certificate was sent to Teri in appreciation for all she did in making the gathering so great. Teri responded with a thank you email, and I agree that all of the Knotty Knitters are so talented and fun to be around.
