Congratulations for winning the Award of Merit for the bras!
To recap, Diana sent two email messages this week. One listed all the awards and the other had three attachments regarding:
"1. the letter they sent announcing judging results and our award.
2. the 'invitation' to attend the Awards Night on Thursday August 14th (free parking and no ticket required to attend).
3. a map."
She suggested carpooling for this event.
Diana also sent an email last Friday regarding "a fun new knitting (felting) project that uses old wool sweaters. If any of you have old sweaters you are ready to part with, I would love to have them! I am looking for mostly solids, browns, creams, and pastels, but I will take anything! I am perusing our local thrift stores. Thanks! Diana."
Liz sent an email in the last week regarding an Auburn knitting group that meets at Courthouse Coffee at 1425 Lincoln Way on Tuesdays. According to the Courthouse Coffee website, "Every Tuesday evening starting at 6 pm is the Auburn Knit Night. A fun filled night of knitters at all levels."
