It was St. Patrick's Day, and many of the ladies wore green. I took a of picture of Debi, who was dressed very festively. We practiced double knitting this week. Linda demonstrated the 2-color cast on and gave us the pattern for coasters in the design of playing cards. She would like us to make at least one design. The heart and diamond are the easiest.
Next week we will learn the kichener stitch. For this technique, we will need a yarn needle. We will also continue working on our double knit projects with patterns Linda gave us.
There are two sessions left before we start the 3d session. We will start the new session with intarsia.
Don't forget about the Sacramento Camellia City visit on April 2. It's coming up.
