| This weekend, Linda is teaching a class making this cute basket out of paper towel and toilet paper wraps. |
Linda showed us two other construction patterns by Nikki Gabriel, and we worked on the braided band handout given to us by email. We took a lot of notes. Our homework is to make two of the braided band part 1 for next week. You will need to bring a crochet hook size E or F.
Fiber Festival
Also this Sunday is the First Annual Shepherd Gathering and Fiber Festival at 11515 Joeger Road, Auburn. The website is http://flyingmulefarm.com. Linda was wondering if anyone is planning to go.

Louise is almost finished with one of the rugs. She is looking for 8 yards of any shade and type of blue yarn for the second rug she is making.
Irene is almost finished with a rug too.
Sandy will probably be done soon as well.
Rosemary only has a couple of rows to go.
